SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE FEATURES |
MediaMessengerTM is a fully functional Digital Media Player board (with firmware/software) that supports playback of all major digital content types (Video, Photo, Audio). The fully self contained unit includes support for a wide variety of input devices including push buttons, membrane switches, bar code scanner, proximity sensor, and a touch screen. Essentially, any serial input device can be supported. All of this functionality is supported without having to add expensive controller boards and processors. MediaMessengerTM hardware and software were developed in-house by Gulf Coast Digital System engineers. This allows GCDS to offer excellent technical support and quick customizations. MediaMessengerTM supports DVD navigation allowing for standard DVD content creation tools to be used for content creation. No need to purchase or use proprietary software. MediaMessengerTM user interface and navigation are easily customized to meet your exact technical requirements and "look and feel". MediaMessengerTM is a solid-state design with the benefits of increased reliability and product life.
